Diane Playford is Consultant in Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine, and Honorary Professor at the University of Warwick. She has worked in Level 1 and Level 2 rehabilitation units in London, the East Midlands and the West Midlands. Her research interests include vocational rehabilitation and goal setting. She recognises that rehabilitation is only a small part of people's lives but wants to ensure that people's contact with services is timely and effective. She has been involved in writing a number of guidelines including the recent CRA best practice standards for Community Rehabilitation.
