We work with multi-disciplinary teams to rehabilitate and provide on-going care and support for people with brain injuries and complex needs. Across the UK, 16 of our brain injury rehabilitation services are accredited by Headway – the brain injury association. The accreditation demonstrates our commitment to continuous service improvement and ensuring our workforce are trained and skilled in working with individuals with a brain injury.

At Voyage Care, we use the social care model alongside slow stream rehabilitation, working with multi-disciplinary teams of professionals to support people to live in community settings. We use this alongside slow stream rehabilitation, which focuses on achieving long-term goals, helping people relearn lost skills and providing functional support that helps them to live more independently.

Together, these approaches aim to integrate individauls with brain injuries back into society by ensuring their environment suits their needs. We work with a range of professionals to offer a wide variety of therapies that enhance development of daily living skills and help people to get back to living the life they choose.
